the beach location was really great. it was easy to get to the sand.
the room i had smelled quite musty. the furniture was also pretty worn, i think the room i had could use some updates. also, there was no complimentary coffee in the morning. i had to wait until the restaurant opened to get any.

we stayed recently, and the suite with two rooms worked perfectly for our family. the kids had their own space with a comfortable sofa bed. we appreciated a separate bedroom providing privacy. the location is great and right across from the free trolley, offering easy access to south beach and lincoln road. staff promptly fixed two issues in our suite and even offered another room.
the gym lacked a pair of weights, which limited workout options.

I was charmed by the direct beach access. umbrella and chairs were included. It made mornings easy. my room was clean, a pleasant surprise!
the parking fee was a little high! though the location was perfect.

i found direct beach access so convenient i loved walking there in just minutes from the hotel the pool area had ample seating and i always found a spot to relax the on-site restaurant was a plus i enjoyed several meals without leaving the hotel the friendly staff made check-in and check-out smooth and cute
i noticed the hallways had a slight musty smell
